住了一週。感謝給我升級了房型，每天在房間裏工作，隨時可以到陽台上感受户外空氣，真的是極好的入住體驗，我工作效率為此提升。為了感謝前台給我升級，特全五星好評。特別感謝的是一週來每天為我房間打掃的李女士。545房間。酒店雖然老了，但是實實在在的一幢大酒店，不是那種在大樓某幾層的，大堂特別棒！還有書吧角！

1、房間設施還可以吧；就是燈光不足，全部開完也沒有多亮🥲
2、服務一般：入住當天説因為入住率的原因早餐改成點餐到房間吃，結果第二天早上打電話又説改成餐廳吃了，也沒有提前通知。
3、早餐菜品很少，不值他們的標價69！
4、前台服務質量一般，退房退了房卡就説可以了，我們開車出去的時候喊付停車費，去找前台説了才輸入的出牌號順利通過；然後前台才問我在哪兒訂的房間，需要在下單的地方修改訂單訊息才算成功退房🥲個人感覺以上兩點在退房的時候前台都應該提前告知或提醒的！而不是客人主動去問

酒店環境好，前台葉子服務周到，就是設施有點兒陳舊了，其他都符合五星標準，酒店的位置剛好離北站也近，所以我們選擇了這家酒店，下次還會考慮！

前台服務非常好，酒店的位置離龍頭寺北站也很近，我們到了重慶打車過去非常近，到了酒店，小何就在門口非常熱情的接待了我們，辦理入住也很快，對安排的房間也非常滿意！到重慶來玩兒還是很滿意的一次入住！
