Check in was easy and smooth. Breakfast was fine but not a great deal of selection. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the window was broken in the room and would not close. Seeing as this was during winter, the room was freezing. I found it strange that the hotel staff didn't realize this problem and either rectify it or change the room assignment.

衞生間的洗手池水流有點大，洗手時水龍頭開大了，出水容易溢出來，其他設施都不錯，就是床有點短，腳都觸到床尾了。比想象中環境舒適，比連鎖酒店環境好一些，設施好一些。安靜，服務態度好。

詳細點評一下，給後面的朋友參考：
衞生：不錯，沒有硬傷
交通：適合自駕到店，停車場寬敞方便。
早飯：跟價格匹配、該有的都有，咖啡現磨的
設施：裝修異味未散盡。第一晚躺下聞到有明顯異味，以為是枕頭味道。第二晚沒躺下剛靠到床頭就聞到異味，再三確認不是枕頭而是床頭軟包散發的未散盡的裝修味道。次日電梯裏碰見兩位女士也是交流房間有臭味。
服務：需要改進。1.在前台多要了一床被子，給了我一床被芯，居然沒有被套。2.連住兩晚的第二天回房間刷不開房門到前台處理，前台説是我們訂單的原因（後來發現是前台自己記錯了顧客名字），到處理結束都沒有感覺到歉意。這裏並沒有生氣，衹是建議服務水平可以提高。

榮昌四星酒店就兩個（個人在攜程上搜的資料不代表真實數據）有一個比這個酒店開業時間長，所以選擇了這家。心想四星應該有四星酒店的統一標準吧。但是，但是，早餐之不尊重這個四星標準令人汗顏，最基本的麪包都沒有，好吧，沒有麪包，饅頭總得有吧，沒有！問服務員，服務員居然説這幾天有體育團隊，他們的標準是這樣的，我是你們的顧客，不是團隊用餐人，為什麼要拿團餐來打發你的顧客？早餐之差不如任何小旅館。太遺憾了，管理上的問題，不尊重顧客的思想意識，不是一個差評就能説清楚的。他們不是態度和疏忽的問題而是管理層認知能力的問題。再不會住了！
