Location is superb, walking distance to hong ya dong, jia fang bei square, etc. Metro station is in front of the building. The corridor to the room from the lift is kinda sus but when you open the apartment unit is all like in the pictures. Easy check in and check out.

A very well decorated and clean apartment with comfortable beds. The view itself is worth it. Location is great. Xiaoshizi exit 9 and the building is on the right. Opposite is the peaceful Luohan Temple. New foodcourt on the basement level.

The apartment is a bit dated but overall is very clean. The actual is as per the pictures shown. However, the smaller room has a mouldy smell and the bed is hard. Great location. Subway (xiao shi zi station) is just downstairs. It is within walking distance to attractions like Jiefangbei, Hongya dong, Shi Ba Ti etc. Very convenient. Lots of eateries nearby and a small supermarket. Host provided clear instructions and video via Wechat on how to get to the apartment and food recommendations. We tried the food recommendations and they are good. Host also arranged for the cleaning lady to do simple cleaning and refill supplies like bottled mineral water and toilet paper etc on a daily basis. Overall it’s good.

Best value serviced apartment possibly anywhere in the world. The location is extremely central right next to the main tourist attractions, the views of the city are stunning, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable and the check-in process is effortless. Would one hundred percent stay here again.

The apartment is in an old Chinese building, quite noisy and smelly in the hallway, but the apartment itself is really nice, the bed was not made every day, which was disappointing. Overall it’s a nice apartment and worth the price

Good location near metro station and close to main attraction like Hongyadong and Liziba Station.
The host was very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We werent fans of mala and they kindly recommended local foods option:
