~位置非常便利，樓下便是遠東城，遠東城旁邊是觀音橋便是9號線6號出口，穿過遠東城便是觀音橋小吃街。
~房間很寬敞，設備尚算齊全，有微波爐，洗衣機，掛衣架也足夠。沐浴間也很寬敞。
~設有投影設備，節目多是付費的。
~大樓下面是繁忙街道，零晨仍有不少車輛响號，雖然是20樓，仍很响亮。
~空調機，無論是調校至冷風，還是其他功能，室內温度沒有分別。建議屋主貼上使用說明。
~微波爐內有污跡油跡，需要自行清潔後才可使用。
~房間內發現有小強屍體。
~吧檯和吧椅太高，使用不太方便。
~只有一張單人沙發，建議多加一張，或換成雙人沙發。
~我們是租住五晚，之前所知是沒有清潔服務的，且屋主於房內準備了打掃的工具，預計是需要自行清潔的了，但其中一天回來發覺房間有人曾進來的痕跡，及房間被執拾了，感覺不安。如果進房清潔，建議事前通知一下。

如圖所示，視野是挺開闊的，就是不如我上次訂的一個酒店同樣的價格上個酒店給我用智能馬桶 ，阿姨還每天打掃衞生，還有浴缸🛁可以泡澡，這裏的馬桶確實就那樣偶爾還會堵，洗澡間的沐浴露洗髮水還是用過的，中途我還換了一次房間……雖然咱也不介意但是換來換去的確實很麻煩

房間在一個寫字樓裏，很大，設施齊全，離觀音橋地鐵口很近，坐 9 號線特別方便，附近吃的也多。管家服務到位，沒有洗衣粉第二天 12 點保潔上班就送來了

酒店位置特別好，就在觀音橋商圈的時代中心，對於在觀音橋過夜生活的人不要太友好。房間很大很寬，非常的整潔，設備齊全，裝修也很温馨。推薦大家選擇這家酒店，下次還會來住的。

房間還是可以的，走路到觀音橋也很近。唯二的問題是酒店停車場的電梯感覺沒修好，找了好大一圈，才找到停車場c區的電梯，就一個電梯能用。第二是上面很多公司，外賣不允許上樓，搞得早上9點穿着酒店拖鞋，臉也沒洗亂糟糟的跟一羣上班的擠電梯，真的相當尷尬！其他都是很好的，可以自己做飯，房間也就是單間配套的那種，晚上視野也可
