Changed my room 3 times in a day, someone tried entering the room on our second night which ended up breaking the door frame yet hotel just offered a 10% off and want to change our room to a SMALLER room? can you imagine the fear and anxiety we have? hotel is not that clean, plenty of areas to be improved on. location is okay can be quite confusing as many hotels are in the same building. the sink keeps splattering water out, sound proofing is bad, renovations upstairs, surrounding neighbours kept slamming their doors and shouting.
hotel staff even asked me not to leave a review upon check out.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the room size was just right. It's very close and convenient to several attractions, which was a huge plus when traveling with family and kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent location and service 👏 Big shout out to the Staff's friendliness!! They allowed us to check in earlier, provided free breakfast and were helpful in answering our queries.😚 Rooms were spacious and view was amazing. They had a ******* portable chargers at hotel's level as well, super convenient 😁 lots of food places near us as well :) Overall, had a good stay in chongqing ❤️

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right near Jiefangbei. It's within easy walking distance to Hongyadong and Shibati, and there's a subway entrance conveniently located right downstairs. Dining options are also very convenient. Plus, free parking is available, making it ideal for families on a road trip. The hotel rooms are spotless, and the service is excellent.
