Our experience here wasn't ideal.
Service was poor
The room was very cold despite the heater being on foe hours and the staff said they couldn't help. After eating breakfast, the staff told us too leave and go to the lobby. Despite being far from the attractions, they don't offer any shuttle service. The breakfast was mediocre. When asked ro additional blankets, rhey said they don't have any more. This shows lack of preparation. When asked for more towels, we were staying in a 4 person suite and only had 4 towels, they came back with 2 small towels. Took them awhile to understand what we needed. In addition, as of February 2022, they require a 24 hour NAT despite being in the same city for 4 days of 0 Covid cases. This brought additional frustration on our part.
If you want to visit Fairy Mountain, avoid this hotel.

It was just right for a friend to stay in this room when traveling together. The hotel is very classy, warmly designed, and has good supporting facilities.
