SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE HYGIENE, suspected unpacked/used CONDOM found near the bedside. Manager did call to apologize. Strong smells of cigarette smoke despite non-smoking room requested.

This hotel left me a very good impression. The environment is comfortable and clean, the rooms are spacious, the bedding is clean and soft, and it is very relaxing to stay here.
