前台衹會面對面服務，介入平台就不會服務了，就連最基本的訊息都不回。房間裏都還有煙灰缸怎麼可能不備打火機或火柴。不知道是真沒有還是不想服務。房間衞生也不乾淨，浴室花灑噴力不夠。這麼大個酒店連護髮素都沒有（打前台電話問過）。

這次入住萬州皇家維納斯酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！從踏入酒店大堂開始，就被那種典雅又不失大氣的裝修風格吸引，水晶燈折射出柔和的光，整體氛圍很顯檔次。前台工作人員態度特別好，辦理入住時效率很高，還耐心解答了我們關於周邊景點的問題，讓人感覺很親切。我們住的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得很精緻，床上用品乾淨舒適，躺上去瞬間卸下了旅途的疲憊。浴室乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水供應及時，洗漱用品的品質也在線。最驚喜的是房間的隔音效果，晚上特別安靜，睡了個好覺。早餐種類挺豐富的，中西式都有，味道也不錯，尤其是本地特色的一些小點心，很有風味，能看出酒店在餐飲上的用心。地理位置也很便利，離商圈和幾個景點都不算遠，出行很方便。退房時工作人員同樣熱情，還主動詢問我們的入住體驗，細節處讓人覺得很貼心。總之，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這裏都是個很棒的選擇，下次來萬州肯定還會選這裏！
