衞生：我個人覺得是達標了的，整體還是乾淨整潔。
環境：周圍挺安靜的，隔音也比較好，購物也很便利，就是窗外沒什麼看的。
服務：前台服務是真的非常不錯。
設施：都挺全的，就是吹風機在抽屜裏面要自己找，還有電視挺好的，但是不是網絡電視，這一點可以改下，浪費了這麼好的一個電視

非常棒的體驗，停車方便，服務周到，乾淨衞生，離步行街也很近，在老城區裏面算很好的酒店了，下次去萬州繼續訂這一家。對面就可以做核酸，前台又問必答，真的貼心。早餐也很不錯。

這家酒店我以為是維也納酒店的高端品牌，可是設施和維也納是一個檔次的，酒店也有點舊了，但是看在價格便宜的份上也算ok！

優點：1.設施比較新。2.有免費停車，但因停滿需要交鑰匙，還是有點不放心。3.餐廳員工很努力，但明顯人手不夠。
缺點：1.比同集團的維納斯國際酒店差，沒有地毯沒有大書桌沒有浴袍沒有刮鬍刀，但價格還貴點，不推薦。2.9點的時候早餐就基本什麼都沒有了，味道也不好。3.維也納的蕎麥枕居然不是標配，需要打電話要，送來後還需要我還一個普通枕，不理解為什麼。4.衞生間擁擠。5.隔音不好。

天太熱了，在酒店午休下，最給力的房間熱水，超級快，可能一兩秒就熱了吧，水很大主要是淋在身上很舒服，房間獨立的洗髮水沐浴露看着很高大上，床超大很軟，出行好選擇，退房前廳送了礦泉水，很貼心，謝謝哦！
