感覺衞生間臟了點，最主要的是蟲子超級多。在衞生間洗澡，水一開地下出現幾十衹😳，遍地都是那個蟲（剪刀蟲）

小別墅三面被果園包圍着，站在陽台上放眼望去，除了大片的桔園，透過大瀑布的圍牆，還能隱約看到大瀑布，周邊環境優美，室內乾淨整潔，離景區萬州大瀑布很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，老闆很熱情，民風淳樸，是旅遊，出遊，團建，休閑的好地方。

1.設施，房門是壞的、一推門就倒了，空調是壞的，門鎖是壞的，走兩步是掉瓷磚的2.服務：店主自己回老家，讓鄰居看門，啥也不管，電話不接微信不回，空調不熱，説自己娃兒在上網課，門也鎖不了，荒郊野外，住起沒安全感，開什麼店，關鍵價格也不便宜啊3.衞生：被子是黃的，水壺是包漿的，桌子上是放滿垃圾的4.位置：偏的要死沒人帶基本找不到，晚上啥也看不見總體感覺：極差

我覺得這個民宿是很棒的，當時因為來瀑布這邊太晚，而我們沒有提前定酒店，當時衹剩下這一家民宿，我們就抱着看看的心態來了，但到民宿以後，看見實景，真的是很漂亮！！！
我們住的是一畝雲那個房間，房間外面就是陽台，看日出和日落是一個很棒的房間！！！
老闆人也很好，我們是四個人來旅遊，但是隻有一個房間，老闆也幫我們在房間打地鋪，態度也非常的棒！
雖然説説不是獨立衞浴，但是每層樓都有衞生間，洗漱也非常的方便。
非常的推薦，值得選！！！

環境很棒，老闆很熱情。住的一樓“山水談”，只有玻璃門還不隔音，有蚊子。衞生間比較大，熱水比較小，還時冷時熱。吃飯在另一個的地方，農家樂。

非常不滿意，房間盡然有蟑螂還有蚊子，沒滅蚊液也沒蚊香，礦泉水也不送，房間有個電熱水壺但沒有底座，衞生間沒洗髮水沐浴露，熱水不熱，去的時候床上用品也沒換，還留有以前客人住留下的痕跡，給打理的農村老太太看了沒話説才勉強給換了，總之一個字:差，兩個字:差評，三個字:差差評。以後再也不去了，也建議大家都別去
