環境十分的好，很安靜，老闆娘也比較熱情，價格也十分的合理，古樹別院離大瀑布非常的近，幾分鐘就到了，如果在賓館內再安上個梳粧鏡就更好了。

門鎖壞了也不提前説 大半夜等到了才知道門鎖不了 想換房間也沒有了 早些去之前就電話聯繫了不提前説專門的差評吧

感覺衞生間臟了點，最主要的是蟲子超級多。在衞生間洗澡，水一開地下出現幾十衹😳，遍地都是那個蟲（剪刀蟲）

小別墅三面被果園包圍着，站在陽台上放眼望去，除了大片的桔園，透過大瀑布的圍牆，還能隱約看到大瀑布，周邊環境優美，室內乾淨整潔，離景區萬州大瀑布很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，老闆很熱情，民風淳樸，是旅遊，出遊，團建，休閑的好地方。

1.設施，房門是壞的、一推門就倒了，空調是壞的，門鎖是壞的，走兩步是掉瓷磚的2.服務：店主自己回老家，讓鄰居看門，啥也不管，電話不接微信不回，空調不熱，説自己娃兒在上網課，門也鎖不了，荒郊野外，住起沒安全感，開什麼店，關鍵價格也不便宜啊3.衞生：被子是黃的，水壺是包漿的，桌子上是放滿垃圾的4.位置：偏的要死沒人帶基本找不到，晚上啥也看不見總體感覺：極差

非常不滿意，房間盡然有蟑螂還有蚊子，沒滅蚊液也沒蚊香，礦泉水也不送，房間有個電熱水壺但沒有底座，衞生間沒洗髮水沐浴露，熱水不熱，去的時候床上用品也沒換，還留有以前客人住留下的痕跡，給打理的農村老太太看了沒話説才勉強給換了，總之一個字:差，兩個字:差評，三個字:差差評。以後再也不去了，也建議大家都別去
