Good size room very clean. Also excellent customer service provided.
The location is convenient lots of shopping/restaurants around the corner.
My train is at 5pm I was allowed to stay till 4pm without any additional charges.
Definitely will stay here next time.

這酒店插頭，左一個壞的，右一個壞的，床頭的是壞的，洗漱台也是壞的，手機充電都不方便，所以設施給兩點五分不過分吧，而且你那個水龍頭那裡為什麼會有泥巴，有點點小噁心，希望注意吧。

進門感覺年味很足，大廳佈置得很可愛，前台也很親切的問好，電梯需要刷卡，我感覺特別安全，升級了房間，房間偏小但是佈局很緊湊，2個人住完全不擁擠，可入可入

每次回家都住這裏，就是房間小了點，其他都還好。衞生間特別小，被子有次也是很黏糊，衞生上還有待提高。

每次來合川出差必住的酒店，環境很好。周圍美食很多，火鍋、小麪、抄手下樓兩分鐘就可以吃到。酒店的員工對待客人就像家人一樣周到，服務熱情。酒店的早餐很好吃，中西餐都有，乾淨衞生。總之好評，出差還會再來。

預訂的是高級大床房，然後被酒店安排在一個床沿緊貼着牆的房間（圖一中床左上角的床沿和窗户的牆貼在一起，視角問題可能看不太出來，如果有人睡在靠窗户一側，是無法通過窗户那側上床的），空間小也就罷了，連這種格局的房間都能被定位高級大床房，確實無法理解。酒店還不止一次要五星好評，哪裡來的勇氣和自信，還用所謂的“下次給你免費升級”或者“給你優惠”來吸引顧客。這種不規則的房型頂多能作為特價房，酒店方就沒反思過？？？真當合川的人沒見識還是咋地了。
備註：除了這個硬件設施和服務較差之外，其他方面和維也納酒店要求的是差不多的。
