酒店乾淨，視野好，服務周到，免費寄存行李。浴缸超級大，對於孩子來説就是游泳池。非常滿意！下次有機會會再來！

酒店位置非常好，下樓就是好吃街這些，去洪崖洞也就十幾分鍾，解放碑兩分鐘就到了，附近吃的逛的都很多，出門我們一般都是地鐵，非常方便，前台丹丹的服務也特別好，很熱情，房間衞生也很乾凈，設施也很齊全。退房還能再前台寄存下行李。

房間衞生很好，窗外可以飽覽高空夜景，地段也很好，去哪兒都特別方便。前台歡歡的服務特別好，落下的東西很負責任地幫忙郵寄。

在解放碑附近，入住退房都很便捷，住宿條件也很滿意，前台加了微信，有需求能很快解決，謝謝丹丹等服務人員的接待，會推薦給朋友。

衞生：衞生打掃也太馬虎了，小桌邊還有明顯的假睫毛都沒有清理掉，簡直影響心情。本來想着算了，但是最噁心的是床邊還有上一位客人的襪子。連最基本的衞生都沒有搞好，更不要説房間其他地方，如窗台那些地方看起來像是很久沒有打掃過。
環境：雖然地理位置優越，但是窗外環境也是一言難盡，最起碼是與宣傳不符的。
設施：房間設施、物品與窗外環境一樣，虛假宣傳。
總之，這次的入住體驗是很差的，尤其是衞生這兩個問題着實令人噁心，影響心情。
