外地親戚來重慶玩，在家附近好好比較了找到這家酒店，雖然房間不多，但是環境比較好。清潔可以。親戚説休息得很好。她退房走的急，結果掉了個東西在房間，剛下樓前台小妹就給我們打電話。感謝🙏下次還來

房間衞生一般般，電話等上面有灰塵，內部設施還行，服務出現紕漏，洗髮水和沐浴露竟然是上一個客户開瓶用過的

首先設施比較舊，其次環境比較吵，凌晨下水道聲音很吵，再次住宿收取按金，已經很久住酒店沒聽説交按金了，最後房間內部放了兩種水，一種礦泉水免費，另一種蘇打水是付費的，還好辦入住的時候聽到櫃枱問辦理退房的客人有沒有喝蘇打水，特意問了蘇打水是付費的。櫃枱不提前告知，喝了蘇打水收費問題可能又會扯很久
