THE APARTMENT IS TOTALLY NOT LIKE WHAT THE PHOTOS SHOWED IN THIS APP. The host said they have 60-70 units under their management. So be careful with what u will be expecting. I booked a 4bedroom + 2 toilets unit. U can refer to my photos on how vast the expectation vs reality difference is. VERY RIDICULOUS. we had problems with the hot shower too. Hot water was not consistent. My friend almost got blistered by the super hot water on and off whereas I was trembling in cold with the on and off hot water. Luckily we only stayed for a night. The host's defence on changing our unit was because they gave us a unit with 2 toilets bowls instead of 1 bowl + 1 squat toilet. But the exchange for this extra toilet bowl is totally not worth our stay's comfort. 1 bedroom did not have any aircon nor ceiling fan. Just a tiny little stand fan at the corner of the bed.

The homestay is located at a location that is near the river which is good for a night walk where you can see 洪崖洞 from opposite. There are many bars and with live house around the area, ideal place for people who enjoy the night life more!
The receptionist was friendly and welcoming! Was curious whether there are any local hotpots around and the receptionist suggested a few places that they've eaten themselves. A few of the restaruants are just below the homestay which is 5mins walk away!

I think I have nothing to complain. This is great apartment, location, easy to contact to owner, … I mean every thing is perfect if you choose to stay there.

The location was great. The staff was helpful and efficient. The apartment had a lovely view of the river. The pictures are NOT accurate. The furniture in the apartment wasn’t very comfortable (sofa and bed) and the walls were a bit dirty with smeared footprints. The apartment was right above restaurants that stayed open all night so it was noisy. The staff said we could ask for a higher apartment next time to get away from the noise. I appreciated that suggestion. The hostess helpful and responsive. They provided towels, tissues, and cooking pots but no plates or silverware. There’s a small shop inside the complex as well as outside the main entrance. Overall a nice stay.

The apartment was well equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen and all necessary amenities. It was exceptionally clean and service was very good from the helpful staff. The location is very good, close to metro line 9, Chengdu North Railway station and many restaurants. There is a view of rhe river, which is walking distance. A night walk offers excellent views of the city and Hongya Caves.
