衞生：房間乾淨整潔，沒有異味
環境：周圍是居民樓，非常安靜
服務：酒店的服務令人滿意，我退房後將行李寄存在前台，下午五六點再回來取的，非常放心

非常不滿意，我們剛開始先訂了兩晚 後來問客服還有沒有房 客服説可以繼續續住，且價格説好了跟原來一樣。結果當我們去續住的時候店家直接坐地起價❗️❗️❗️原本一百多一晚直接翻倍到兩百多❗️ 還説如果不按這個價格就不讓住了，當時朋友和店家溝通的時候態度非常惡劣，把聊天記錄證明給她看還不承認，路過的可以避雷這家民宿了，衞生和設施方面也很差，床上的枕頭被罩很不乾淨，衞生間的馬桶剛去的時候都是堵的。店家坐地起價！差評差評！（圖一為前期與店家聊天記錄 圖二為坐地起價的記錄 圖三是朋友和店家溝通的態度）
