I am a fan of this hotel. For an inexpensive business hotel this hotel offers clean and quite large comfortable rooms. The staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel or any of the JI hotel chain.

大廳很乾凈温馨，有一股淡淡的茶香，入住後看到客房艷姐寫了便簽很温暖～房間靠近小區很安靜，前台小熊辦理入住很快，笑容甜甜的~入住了兩天還可以免費停車方便快捷，來蔡家首選！

喜歡全季的風格因此是常客，但本次體驗着實失望。設施環境不説了還是全季的風格，簡約温馨，但服務確實差點意思。晚上23點多到店，帶着2歲的小朋友，非常疲憊，本想登記拿房卡趕緊回屋休息，前台卻一直建議升級，説可以給優惠升級、延遲退房balabala，表明不需要後依然不放棄，説可以把續住訂單從攜程上推掉從華住上定，可以送早餐balabala…真是惱火！當時已經晚上十一點多，我們帶個孩子到店，我和老公分別是攜程的鉑金會員和華住的鉑金會員，如果我是前台，如果有剩餘空房大概率是賣不出去了會考慮升級，如果不升級就快速辦理讓客人休息，我實在搞不懂抓着這麼晚到店的客人一直推銷有什麼意思，not the right time！我們站在前台十幾分鍾，有四個前台在，沒有人考慮給我們小朋友準備小童拖鞋和牙刷，衹顧着讓升級，差勁！

今天來重慶打卡了蔡家的全季酒店，位置很方便步行到蔡家輕軌站衹要7分鐘左右
房間挺大的，很乾凈，還有休息區域可以自己泡茶，可以看到街景
房間電視很大可以投屏，配了冰箱
第二天用會員福利換了早餐，種類還可以，吃的不錯
