The room was lovely and the staff was friendly. We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was also great. Both Western and Chinese options. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends. Another awesome thing is that there was a self service washing machine and dryer.

Very nice. However, the TVs can’t connect to wifi, and they also don’t allow the takeout delivery guys into the hotel which is rather inconvenient. Otherwise a very nice hotel

先説不足
1 這個標準的酒店 洗衣房居然衹有一個洗衣機一個烘乾機 都不如連鎖經濟酒店 這麼多顧客根本沒法洗衣服，總是有人佔用 太扯了
2 洗衣房洗衣液空空 可以確定沒人管理，且洗完衣服有異味 洗衣機應該很久沒清理了
3 房間裏有小蟲子好在就一個
4 枕頭不太舒服 沒有睡眠枕頭

設施：房間空間足夠大，衞生間也足夠大
早餐:種類足夠豐富 乾淨衞生
周邊:餐館小店很多 還算方便
健身房:是和外部健身房合作的 器械夠用
前台服務態度不錯

最開始進去的那間馬桶就是如圖這樣，水裡有不明物，馬桶圈上黃色白色的水漬，服務員幫忙換到第二間，出門的時候輕輕一拉門框上的這個安全鎖就脱落了，如果是單身女性出門住到這樣的房間，説不上的門，想想都無語😓，換的這一間地板也是灰和很多小垃圾

酒店設施還好，入住體驗一般，帶孩子吃早餐，酒店對小孩子還要收費，酒店的管理措施還需提升。
退房時不能同步退按金，後來打了兩次電話，還是沒退按金，很納悶，客人入住收按金可以理解，退房時為什麼不能退按金？
