房間小，窗有縫，沒紗窗，床上有小黑蟲，晚上睡覺身癢。廁所是蹲坑，水池下水管漏水，由鞋底帶入客房一地濕，令人不適。前台服務態度冷淡，進出酒店向前台點頭致意，她卻視而不見。一個小鎮又在淡季，100出頭的房價，性價比太差了！

差評，大大的差評晚上7：20，到達重慶小洪崖洞之稱的白沙鎮，先找一個酒店住下吧，**APP裏面顯示了很多酒店，價格有高有低，選擇一個乾淨整潔，價格合理的是關鍵，對比了幾家，我看這家酒店顯示的圖片房間比較大套，果斷沒有選擇另外一家價格更便宜也更近的酒店，結果入住後，房間逼窄，床頭插座反人類設計，有插座一邊的太挨窗户放不下牀頭櫃，另一邊有一個很小的牀頭櫃沒插座。這個能將就用就用吧，手機充電放床上也無所謂。放下行禮，去衞生間方便，衞生間門有一個圓頭拉鎖，不正經地裝在門上，要掉了，根本不敢拉，害怕拉下來了找我賠，方便完了，沖水的時候可能水太大，把鞋子打濕了，這水不要錢呀，搞這麼大幹什麼，不知道節約用水嗎，好吧，反正老闆不知道節約，換鞋去吧，找半天一次性拖鞋嫩是沒找到，打電話去前台，説沒有了，用完了，在進貨，根本沒有説一聲抱歉，也沒有説解決幫我。讓我用洗澡的塑料拖鞋，這個天氣不適合用塑料拖鞋呀，如果是夏天也無所謂，問題是初春呀，還在下雨，天氣有點涼呀，空調温度沒上來呀，沒有怎麼辦，衹能忍呀，我就在想，這家酒店的管理不好，服務態度也不行，要不要退房的時候寫一個差評，但是考慮這幾年行情不好。未完待

房間還算滿意，設施與平台描述有出入，説是有免費的私人停車場，本來就是衝著有停車場才訂的，結果到了後告知沒有，花了20塊錢在附近找了停車場停車。服務也與平台描述不一致，平台告知正常退房時間是下午2：00，鉑金會員可免費延至4：00，酒店前台告知下午1：00，此兩項與平台描述不符均被告知是平台亂説的。酒店周邊餐飲很多，吃飯方便，離鎮中心很近，辦事也很方便。
