房間不算很大，蠻温馨的。服務也蠻好，兩三點打電話要肥皂也幫送。40幾度的高温空調來的很快。另外床品真的很舒服！！！！！！特別表揚床品！！！

床墊和床上用品超級滿意，我是特別認床的人，一般出門旅遊都入睡困難+睡很差，第一次在酒店裡倒頭就睡，睡得超沉。下次來重慶旅遊還會住這裏~

這個酒店住了好幾次了，以前酒店的設施環境還是很不錯，但是這次來住大堂和電梯裏都是很大的嗆鼻味，不知道什麼原因。

沒有拍照片都是服務態度是真的好，洗澡那頭髮堵住了下水道水溢出來了，找了前台他直接就拿了託帕上來，因為有人洗澡他在外面等待了會，然後可以進去了他就先找到了原因在清理完原因後面開始拖地，堵住的頭髮不是我們的，可能是上一位住客的，沒有檢查到，希望這點可以改進一下，其他都非常棒，態度，衞生都很好
