Ms. Lily at the front desk has very good service and is very enthusiastic. And the service attitude is also very good. The hotel facilities and location are also very good. It is near Times Street. The transportation downstairs is very convenient, and they will also give out some snacks in the store. The check-out time is also very late at 14:00 pm. it's actually very good. There are also small snacks for free when you check in. The room is high-end. I will definitely come back next time.

The hygiene was poor. My son's toy car slipped under the bed and when he pushed the bed open, there were disassembled condom packages underneath. Also, when I woke up the next day, both my son and my wife felt itchy. There are also no welcome fruits and room upgrades mentioned on the platform.
