1️⃣接站服務。酒店可以接送高鐵站，司機大哥非常有禮貌，接送車輛乾淨衞生。一路上還分享萬州的歷史、美食等，很和善。
2️⃣酒店環境。前台人員很有禮貌，一直微笑着辦理入住，比上次去的漢庭還好。特別是酒店內的細節，做得真是非常好。比如，水壺進行了消毒、床墊睡起來特別舒服，大廳走廊沒有黴味等等。詳情看圖片。

房間很乾凈，價格便宜，體驗感很好，這個季節有點冷，房間空調很給力，隨行有長者，房間一直都是暖和的，晚上也很安靜。酒店的工作人員特別好，幫忙提行李，按電梯，正好當天有馬拉松，路段封路，前台小姐姐也很熱心的幫忙問封路時段，也免費給延長了1小時退房，平時也不經常給評價，這次家裡長者專門囑咐務必給好評的，下次來還會選擇這裏。
