Customer service is excellent especially agent 7. Breakfast is good and big portion Tea inn ambience is cosy. Overall is good except the amenities need to be improved. No instant coffee, tea spoon in the room so we have to get it from the the takeaway restaurants each time.

Very good experience with the hotel. It is near all tourist attractions and every where can be reached on foot.

Nice and clean hotel in city centre, right next to Hongyadong and Qiansimen Bridge. We spent 2 nights here, had free breakfast with tranditional chongqing flavoured noodle and dumplings. They provide free shavers and free luggage storage service. Excellent exprience here. Fully recommendation and will come visit again next time.

Hotel location is great, breakfast is good. Reception staff are friendly ( reception 4 ). Checkout and was given small gift (snack). Only issue is morning alot of honking from cars which is loud when staying at low level.

The room is a little small but the location is good. Walking distance to the JieFangBei. Lotsa places to explore nearby. Walking distance to HongYaDong too.
Was given a takeaway goodies by the Receptionist No.3 when we checked out too. U can also ask for the patch to soak ur legs from the receptionist every night.

The hotel employees are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of location, it is at central so it's really convenient. If I'm coming to Chongqing again, this hotel will be my preferred choice. Thanks for giving us a good experience ☺️

The location of the hotel was great. Kuixing tower, jiefangbei, hongyadong are all in walking distance. The metro line 2 is close by and very convenient.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Suitable for people with allergies.
The breakfast was served in the noodle shop next to the main entrance. You can order as much as of you want. Food was good.
Additional bonus: The hotel has a nice viewing deck.

Had a lovely 6-nights stay at the hotel, which was at a very strategic location in the heart of the city. Also, the hotel provided delicious noodle options for the daily complimentary breakfast, which could be redeemed at any point of the day. Hotel staff were generally pleasant and we would like to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff No 3, who went all out to help us hail a cab as we had trouble getting one on that Friday night due to the huge crowd and road closure on golden week. Very appreciative of her actions! thank you once again. Would return to this hotel if we visit Chongqing again!
