ISEYA Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing Jiefangbei Raffles Plaza)

Located on the 30th floor of chaotianmen building, ISEYA had one of the best views on offer. We booked the 270 degree view room and it was stunning. Location was super convenient as it was right next to the metro and service was amazing. 24 hour butler service, free laundry/drying and the robot delivery of our takeaway was a nice touch too. Would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The view from my room was stunning, and the 24-hour butler service was top-notch, making the experience feel truly luxurious. One thoughtful touch was receiving a personalized PDF guide of recommended places to visit—it made planning my trip much easier. The attention to detail was impressive too; small gestures like leaving a glasses cleaning cloth in my room really stood out(thank you Xing Xing). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional and tailored experience.

Thank you so much to Xingxing for everything she made our experience very seamless and she was through with communication and her English is very good! The room was clean and the views from the room were as expected and just like the picture or even better. We had the beautiful of Yangtze River and the mountains. Xingxing explained everything well, including letting us know about the other hotel amenities we can use! Thanks to her we had a very easy time in Chongqing! We were taken care of from check in to check out! Highly recommend to everyone.

Everything was fine: Nice view, location, clean room & good service. The only complaint I had was that the light of one side of the bath was broken but was fixed asap!

Travelled as a family, booked 5 rooms in total. The location is great, there are many food options and it’s near to the popular places in Chongqing, directly opposite to 莱佛士. The hotel is clean and comfortable, they also have butler service. The butlers are all so nice and helpful especially 木南 and 安安. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and will definitely stay again if I’m back at Chongqing.

The location is fantastic. Facing Raffles City and right next to Chaotianmen metro station. Our room was on the 41st floor. The view was stunning 😍 But what’s most remarkable was their service. We get a personal butler and communicate with her through WellChat. We had 2 butlers during our stay and their service was impeccable 👌

Great hotel, good service, great location. They took a bond from my New Zealand credit card and claimed they released it, even sent me receipts but the hold was never released so I have lost the bond.

We had such a great time there! The service was great. Thanks to our butler french fries! :) they also washed our clothes and take care of us. The room was always clean and the view is so stunning! If we go to chongqing again we would choose this place again! :)

Stayed here for a total of five nights and couldn't have imagined a better hotel! First off, the interior design surprised us. A curated mix of minimalism + surrealism; I felt like I was in a glass wonderland! Seriously, I felt like I was in an modern art museum. Next up, the hostess led us to our room and gave a tour of the inside. When I didn't think I could be surprised more, the room really did it for me. The room was more luxurious than the pictures and the tub was larger than I imagined. Although I didn't get the view of the Raffles Tower, I still did get to see the amazing cityscape of Chongqing and the Yangtze River. They also provided a cute illustrated booklet of nearby attractions and recommended activities. Service was also incredible. Every morning I received a WeChat notification of the day's weather, traffic conditions, and housekeeping options. Their WeChat personnel was also very attentive and responded quickly to questions. They had a list of amenities, one which was of a bubble bath, that we definitely took advantage of. We asked the staff to prepare the bath for us prior to our return for the night and they did an amazing job. The hotel even offers free laundry service although it did take 24 hours and items like underwear and socks weren't prohibited. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again in my next visit in Chongqing!
