衞生：p123，應該看得出來衞生條件不怎樣。一次性拖鞋好像不想一次性的樣子，被子上面也不知道是什麼。
服務：前台服務確實不怎麼樣哈，之前訂房後，有打電話詢問是否能夠延遲退房，得到的回覆是需要當天到店跟前台説明。結果當天到點後，前台幾位員工，統一口徑不能延遲，好像害怕我堅持延遲似的，還特意強調：會堵車的，我們這都訂滿了。笑了。萬澳酒店，明明是個連鎖酒店，但是logo好像和其他地方萬澳有出入，不會是個假的吧？一般連鎖酒店，在特定時期會給入住人員提供便利，延遲退房這種事情，特殊情況，一般都會答應，有的甚至還有叫醒服務之類的，這家酒店別説這些了，就是延遲退房都不肯，哪怕你説延遲退房收取一定費用，都好過就是咬死不能延遲。
環境：早上七點，外面清潔工嘰嘰喳喳説個不停，不知道在挪什麼東西，動靜很大，我帶了耳塞都能聽到的聲音，可想而知多大動靜。哦，對了，行政套房的小床，大概就是一個木板上面放了一張薄墊子，坐上去哐當響，也不知道放在房間裏是相當擺設還是怎麼的

推薦：離高速出口很近，中轉住宿方便。房間大，設施很新，衞生間乾濕分離，方便。早餐種類不多，但很不錯，肉包好吃，各種小菜很好吃。停車場不專屬酒店，但離酒店很近。附近吃飯方便。

今天有時間來説一下，住了兩次，總體來説比較方便，樓下就是美食廣場，吃飯很方便，停車的地方也有，不收費，但是讓我很吃驚的地方就是早餐，出差10幾年來第一次遇到清潔工和客人一起吃，上次我還看到清潔工帶着孩子一起吃，走的時候還直接用手拿保温箱的饅頭帶着孩子走了，這次我又看到清潔工和客人一起吃，真的是很吃驚，我朋友説小縣城的就是這樣，還有這次電視打不開，我喊客服來看看，結果來的是清潔工，這個清潔工自己都説我又搞不懂這個叫我來弄，後面還是另外一個服務員來打開了。很意外很驚喜

這是我住過最差的酒店，預訂了房間，到店告知沒房，告訴衹剩其他的房，還問要住不，對環境不屬，衹好住下，噪音大不説，樓上打麻將一直到天亮根本無法入睡。

他們的退房時間是下午1:00而我當天有考試，2:30才考，所以説想多休息一會兒，然後就延遲了一個小時，給前台説了我延遲退房，他説延遲退房¥20一個小時，我説好，我説2:00退，結果前台1:00就給我打電話，説要退房了直接把我打醒我不知道前台的服務咋回事，把我打醒很不爽

床頭隔板上一層灰，衞生堪憂，本來協商半天，説好了14.00退房不扣錢，當時兩個前台在那，最後退按金時候扣了20，説前台是新來的，不熟悉業務，難道2個前台都是新來的？無語，下次不住了，

一般酒店要求的是下午兩點退房，而這家酒店要一點就退房。因為航班是下午五點的，所以找攜程跟他們商量還是兩點退房，但沒答應，感覺很不友好！另外，這家店早餐吃麪的話是自己煮😀（第一次遇到），看到他們前台的一個男同志（**）也在那裡煮（後來看到他自己在吃），還以為他是幫客人煮，就跟他説我需要一份。結果他説，你自己煮噻，感覺一點沒有主人翁意識，感覺不到賓至如歸得感覺！我認為像這種情況，即使需要客人自己煮，但客人都問到了，就不能樂意的幫客人煮嘛，就拋來冷冰冰的一句"自己煮噻"
