環境棒棒噠，非常滿意，房間也乾淨衞生，服務態度很好！游泳池太多人，天太熱了沒去！停車非常方便，下回再來！

前台態度之惡劣前所未有。先是打電話核實辦理的入住天數，遭到呵斥：“我沒給你打電話，你就不要打電話給我”。之後問漏給的餐票，前台拒絕現在給，要求用餐當天再去前台取，後面直接去要才不情願給出。然後取游泳票，前台公然謊稱游泳館五一這幾天都沒開放，被我拆穿後改用充滿嘲諷的口氣説，由於我的房間價格便宜，因此沒有游泳票。
首先，我是正規渠道預訂的商務標間含兩早，如賓館人員覺得此房型此時間段是被特殊對待的，建議改標“特價房、不含早、不能游泳”。其次，價格高低是賓館的經營策略，不是服務員惡劣對待顧客還公然撒謊的理由。最後，既然不是外招了，建議前台大姐放下身段，適應市場經濟。

房間有點老舊，一樓比較潮濕，有不少小蟲子，比如蜘蛛啥的，淋浴室的噴頭突然就斷掉了，阿姨做完衞生居然就讓它這樣繼續斷着了

西彭最好的酒店，地理位置好，周邊有很多吃的餐廳，最感覺性價比好是有個免費的游泳池，水質不錯，避開人多的時候是非常不錯

客房人員很熱情，早餐一般，環境不錯，衞生乾淨。整體還是不錯的，早餐可以不要，外面有吃早餐的地方看着還可以

環境很好，門口的大草坪非常加分。雖然在西彭算貴點的，但物有所值，又方便停車，還有游泳池，周圍出去吃東西特別方便。
