環境不錯，賓館的房間門非常結實，我住這邊沒有多吵鬧，但是，另一半聽説有麻將館有些吵鬧。
衞生還是可以。
至於酒店設施不行，電視看不了，昨天想要看看電視，電視打不開。

幫朋友訂的，直接被黑吃了。訂的是雙人標間，由於朋友是外地的第一次過來重慶，一説話都能聽出來是外地人，朋友去的時候直接給了一個普通單間連窗户都沒得的然後朋友不住了，我説訂的是雙標間的，店家立刻給朋友換了一間有窗户的了，然後就是圖片的最後一張圖了，朋友隨手拍的，我一看太垃圾，就説不住了了，本來也是六點之前免費取消的，老闆又説換一件，我就説不要住了我這裏直接退吧，然後就一直不給我取消訂單，我就提交了特殊申請，然後説等待處理3-5個工作日返回現金，下午六點多了，發訊息説取消不了了，我人都重新開了酒店了的，訊息發到朋友手機上的，這裏沒得圖片，而且知道現在五月份了，訊息訂單還是取消處理中，後面又是已離店，找平台客服處理了，然後什麼結果也沒有就處理完了，下面有截圖，直到現在，人沒入住，錢也沒退，就莫名其妙的給了我一點裏程補償，我**的差哪裡里程嗎？就這種處理結果？？？（這個白金會員求用都沒得點）跟黑店一樣，真**無語。
