We had a wonderful 3D/2N stay at the Roosevelt Service Apartment in Chongqing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Yang, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Yang’s hospitality was truly exceptional and set the tone for our stay. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The interiors were modern yet cozy, and the attention to detail in the design made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Chongqing, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. Despite its central location, the apartment offered a quiet and peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Roosevelt Service Apartment to anyone visiting Chongqing and extend our gratitude to Yang for making our experience even more special!

Truth as shown. Great for long today as it comes with washer/dryer in unit. Perfect room view. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Great location, less than 5mins to 解放碑, and another 500m to 十八梯。 It's a multiple hotel sharing the same building, but no issues at all. Breakfast with a wide selection. The only setback is the cigarette smoke from exterior, common corridor. Happy stay !

Really good service. They will wechat you if you need anything. The location is really good too. Washer and dryer in the unit was a god send. However, the room aircon cannot be set to cooling mode in the winter. We had to open the bedroom windows. The shower mixer is also weird. It cannot be adjusted very well in the middle. Either very hot or cold.

The room are big and apartment location is within walking distance to Bayi food street and Jiefangbei. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place

Love e room, the high-tech toilet, the view. There’s a noodle stall just opposite the hotel and their beef noodles and bean minced meat noodle was awesome for breakfast. As this is a service apartment, they also provided detergent to wash the clothes. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Their services is perfect regardless which officers. My lost my ipad they help me contacted the airport, I can’t find my Tabao they help me pick up and pay the minimal collection fees. Special thanks to 小 陈。 In term of the hotel room so spacious and the room services is perfect. Laundry in room which solve lots of our time. Locations wise is near to all attraction. Walkable distance 10-15 min

This hotel is amazing, the location is extremely convenient and most importantly the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. We are so pleased that we cancelled our booking in other hotel, and extended our stay at the Rosevelt. I highly recommend anyone coming to Chongqing. To stay at this hotel apartment

The location is just about 8 mins walk to JieFangbei. Lots of food streets near by... endless food option. Walkable to most attraction in chongqiong, like hongyadong, shibati etc. The apartment is a bit run down, but comfortable. View of the river is nice. Washing machine with laundry detergent provided. Highly recommended.

Excellent and clean stay! The staff were very accommodating and responsive to our request, and staff support was readily available when we needed help, shout out to 夏木 especially! There was an issue with the washing machine and the hotel organised a technical crew to resolve it within an hour. My full appreciation to the hotel and crew. The location is great too, around 5-10mins walk from the city centre and the metro station.

Great walking distance in between Jiefangbei and 13th steps. It's fully equipped except for the full size refrigerator and washing machine were not powered on, it wasn't important anyway.

Service apartment is very near to Jiefangbei. Easy access to all attractions. Room is big and clean which makes our stay a comfortable one. Room has fantastic river view too. Service staff are all very polite and friendly. Will definitely stay here again when we back to chongqing.
