I have to say, the room is very impressive and the location is strategic. Next to 洪崖洞 and you can see the view of the bridge as well.
However unloading luggages was such a hassle. The security guard was so unfriendly and rude. Refused to let our car to enter the open space carpark to unload. The 管家 is terrible as well. Not friendly, just doing his one only task: register our names with security. Long story short, it needs to have some common sense whenever people needs help. He just stood here looking at us… until we have to call out for him to help out. Our poor coach guy has to reverse himself at the busy road…

It's close to Hongyadong and Qiansimen Bridge, and a 10-minute walk to Jiefangbei. The room has a great view, with a panoramic view of the Grand Theatre, Qiansimen Bridge, and the two rivers and four banks. The owner is very nice and the service is excellent.

After careful selection, I booked this river view homestay. 270-degree unobstructed river view. The price of less than 800 in the peak season in July is still very affordable. This homestay has the best overall cost performance among several homestays in the same building. The facilities are not bad, suitable for family or group travel. There is organic hemp but we don't know how to use it. The housekeeper responded quickly. The problem of water accumulation in the bathroom that someone reported before still exists, and the disposable slippers are super slippery.

Very satisfied! The view from the room is superb, you can enjoy the view of the Grand Theater, Qiansimen Bridge and the two rivers and four banks. The boss is very nice, the service is also very good, the check-in time and check-out time are as thoughtful as possible for us.
