Quiet environment and pristine accomodation with a good spread for buffet breakfast.
Staff attitude in general can be improved. Eg at check in, having patience when handling questions, politeness such as simple greetings.
Fixed temperature central aircon is an issue for us, it was too hot and both of us we had a bad nights sleep and managed to fall asleep only at 6am.
They extended our checkup till 3pm upon our genuine feedback.

Great hotel, unfortunately the swimming pool was most days closed and the breakfast buffet has no western food other than toast.

I stayed at this hotel with my children during the Mid-Autumn Festival last year. I stayed there again because I had a good impression of it. It was as clean and tidy as before. The hotel was very quiet, the room was well heated, and it was very close to Sunac Town. The Tongliang Iron Flower Show made the children very happy. The hotel housekeeper Xiaoting's dedication and enthusiasm made the guests realize what professionalism is. I look forward to meeting again next time.
