Everything is excellent up until the breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast is just Chinese cuisine. Aside of toast with marmalade nothing to expect. So if you ok with toast and coffee. Or Chinese for breakfast all is good.

Quiet environment and pristine accomodation with a good spread for buffet breakfast.
Staff attitude in general can be improved. Eg at check in, having patience when handling questions, politeness such as simple greetings.
Fixed temperature central aircon is an issue for us, it was too hot and both of us we had a bad nights sleep and managed to fall asleep only at 6am.
They extended our checkup till 3pm upon our genuine feedback.
