The service at the front desk is extremely poor. I ordered a deluxe double bed room and gave me a free downgrade to a comfortable double bed room. Other hotels are free to upgrade. I have never seen a free downgrade. This is the explanation given by the front desk that I can’t accept. It is a deluxe double bed room. What does it mean to downgrade me when I’m sold out and close the house online? Upgrade me to a room with mahjong and greet me not to use the mahjong machine. I originally ordered a luxurious king-size bed with a headboard (Picture 2). If I live without it, there is a wall directly behind it (Picture 3). I really can’t understand the 1.8 bed but the 1.5 bed

1.首先房間的廁所門關不上。我反饋給客服，客服反饋給前台，前台跟我説可以換房間。結果保潔來看了一下。不提換房的事，直接走進那個衞生間。然後嘴巴里説著什麼這個房間沒壞，衹是關不上。然後説什麼如果我要換房的話，她就要重新收拾這個房間。言下之意，我增加了她的工作量。什麼玩意兒？這不是你該做的事嗎？當天中午我確實很困了，就聽她**完，然後讓她走了。她把一個毛巾塞在門縫裡，卡住了門，這樣就聞不到廁所裏面的味了。我覺得勉強能夠接受。我衹是很討厭酒店的服務態度，這個保潔人員的態度。2.我勉強接受之後呢，結果晚上洗澡的時候發現熱水不熱。是温水的狀態。當天又很冷。我草草的沖了一下就出來了。3.總的來説這個房間很差。雖然衹有80塊錢，但是80塊錢也應該要有80塊錢的服務吧，至少熱水要是熱的吧。什麼破酒店這麼敷衍。給你一星都算多的了。搞得我頭髮也沒洗油頭垢面的。本來去住酒店就衹是想要睡個好覺，結果連個覺都睡不好。

很差勁，顧客落下的東西不還。當時開車離開發現就打電話過幾天拿。居然推脱到打掃衞生的人身上。服務太差勁，愛佔小便宜。建議大家別住

非常滿意，交通也方便，前台妹妹也非常客氣

入住的時候發現被子上還有臭的污漬，都還是濕的，床單上也是一坨污漬，應該是沒換。浴室的水比人體温度都還低，洗澡都沒法洗

服務非常到位，環境也不錯，唯一的缺點就是沒有窗户，總體來説挺好的，下次會繼續關注和支持的，便宜實惠！
