Although there are not too many varieties, considering the price, it is still outstanding. All in all, this place is far beyond imagination. If I had known that this place was so good, I would have given all my accommodation in Chongqing to this place.

Second, the dryer in the hotel's self-service laundry area was broken. When I asked the front desk if laundry was available, I was not told and the laundry area was not marked. We take it for granted that we can dry the clothes, but the result is that the dryer just buzzes, does not emit hot air and does not spin the drum, resulting in wasting several hours waiting for the clothes to dry. Both the dryer and drying and washing machine are broken! Third, the drying area is far away from most rooms and is very small with only three machines. Every time we went to check whether the clothes had been washed, we had to walk for 5-10 minutes. In addition, we didn't know that the dryer was broken at first, so we made three or four trips in total. A lot of time wasted! On the first day I stayed in a comfortable hotel in Chongqing, the front desk helped with laundry and drying. I can’t understand why a high-end hotel has such poor service! Fourth, the service attitude of the front desk and aunties is poor, especially the aunties. On the first day I checked in, there were only the last two pieces of paper left in the paper box. When I got up in the morning to send my boyfriend to the plane, I called the front desk to ask for paper and water hangers to be delivered. It took 20 minutes for my aunt to deliver them but they still didn't arrive. I called again to urge them before delivering them, saying that my aunt must have fallen asleep. Does such a big hotel not have morning shift staff? I won’t stay in this hotel next time I come to Chongqing, and everyone should avoid it.

The room is also big, the bed is big too, everyone can sleep comfortably. Downstairs is the food street, there are all kinds of shops, we ate the skewers, it was delicious. Downstairs is the light rail, you can take the city, it is very convenient. If you are in the vicinity of the airport, it is suitable to live in this shop.
