在入住前特地交代要衞生乾淨的房間，到後看到馬桶是臟的，後來跟老闆娘要了酒精消毒液自己消毒。因為是連着住兩天，房間不打掃，需要才給打掃，阿姨就鋪了床，拿了垃圾，添了水就走了。真的很差勁，連個馬桶套也不給個新的換，需要自己去提要求！！！

純純來重慶要避雷的酒店，裏面到處都是毛髮，衞生間下水不暢，洗澡水流很小，勉強洗個頭。第一天到了，門上取電的盒子居然有血跡，要求換房，給換到了圖片這間，但是買的奈雪的茶才喝了兩口，因為出門吃飯忘帶了，回來換房的時候，居然被打掃房間的大姐給扔了，好嘛，32塊錢一兩口。換到第二個房間，沙發上、衞生間、馬桶上很多頭髮，第二天早上不到九點，居然有人一個勁敲門，好幾次試圖推門進來，問誰也不回答，真是嚇到了，幸好頭一天提前反鎖了房門，找了店家，一副不以為然的樣子，果斷搬走了，以後來重慶還是小心避開這家吧。

前台接待真好，由於特殊情況，還免費給我們升了個級，房間很大，乾淨，有冰箱，特別方便，以前住的酒店沒有冰箱，洗衣機，超級麻煩，這家有洗衣機，冰箱，後面國慶節過來玩，還住這裏，主要是老闆人好，前台服務好👍🏻👍🏻

帶孩子一起出遊的，不想多説房間很舊，連雙洗漱的拖鞋都沒有，開房的時候老闆叫直接把身份證發給他，就發給我了房間密碼，估計連前台都有沒有。我們房間26樓，我兒子睡覺被蟲咬了好多大包，26樓哪來的蚊子，蚊子飛不到那麼高，更可氣的是我們房間訂成227，發票衹開了210，退了房就叫開發票，催了幾天期間老闆不回訊息的，可能你們會覺得我有點計較，我們是要報銷的，心裏肯定有點過意不去。兩百多的價位在重慶還是能住房間環境稍微好一點的吧，建議別住公寓，或者民宿，地面不乾淨。還有蟲，你不怕被咬，我沒話説，房間門還反鎖不上，老闆，別噴，這就是事實。沒投訴你們少開票就算了。
