The hotel is in the heart of the city. Super near to the places (photos attached). Value for $$$$$. All the necessary amenities can be found in the room

The hotel has no lobby.
Staff was difficult to get to, but they responded promptly through wechat. They could have been more helpful with questions like where to do laundry, etc.
Cleanliness is low: non-smooking room has ashtray, hair of other guests in shower, some insects in shower. Bathroom has mold. Room carpet smells a bit of cigarette.

We stayed for 4 nights. It is centrally located with food and good meeting point to visit attractions in CQ. Front Office Guest Relations staff are attentive and responsive to requests. It's above Mercure Hotel yet at reasonable room price. Highly recommended.我们住了 4 晚。酒店地处中心，有美食，是游览 CQ 景点的良好集合地点。前台宾客关系人员细心周到，能及时响应您的要求。酒店位置优越。

The hotel is located in a good location surrounded by restaurants. The room is spacious and relatively clean. The only issue is we arrived after 9 pm and there was nobody at the reception on 10th Floor. Luckily we went down to the Ground Floor and the reception of another hotel followed us back to 10th Floor and helped us to check-in. Overall the hotel is good value for money.
