大概是酒店年代較久，房間設施老化嚴重，尤其洗手間嚴重反臭，半夜關着門都能聞到味道，不知也和前台反應了，但貌似沒啥效果，看起來也不打算根治這個問題。
床單上有些毛髮和不知名黑色污漬，床頭面板上似乎是打掃遺漏，上面好多污漬。
此外，最氣憤的是服務敷衍甚至根絕被欺騙，這次預訂時選了攜程鉑金會員免費升房服務，詢問酒店前台説已自動升級了，但實際並未升級，從酒店介紹和評論區圖片以及房間面積和佈局上可明顯看出並未升房，前台太敷衍了，難道是是攜程的這些會員權益酒店不認賬麼？
