我是帶孩子去考試，我對考試周圍的幾個酒店都看了一下，最後入住這家酒店，我客觀的談一下我的感受。地理環境:主要是考慮與考點近一點，與周邊的酒店都一樣，都在臨街高架橋附近，比較吵，沒有什麼酒店環境，我住在背街的房間，要好一些。價格:不便宜，比周邊的酒店要高些。房間:很奇怪，沒有寫字看書的桌子，最後是把電視機給搬走，才可以看看書，房間不隔音，隔壁房間開電視機都很清楚聽得見。早餐:一般般吧。服務:有點機械和呆板，説不出來是什麼感覺，比如最後一天，女兒考試，擔心來不及，我給前台反映能否延遲退房一個小時，結果反饋給我是半個小時，哎，説不出來什麼感覺，周邊的賓館都是下午四點退房，我也不麻煩了，直接給攜程網打電話，很快給協調好了，反正感受不好，服務人員的服務意識和水平很一般，很難遇到這樣的服務行業的人這樣的服務水平。我其實到周邊的其他酒店去看了，服務人員態度很好，帶我去看房間等等，網上評價也高，就是房間吵了點。

酒店不錯，交通便利，房間也還可以。毛巾都是經過消毒獨立包裝的。早餐不滿意，或者説跟4鑽高檔型酒店相比差距較大。早餐廳面積較小，人多的時候比較擁擠，關鍵是吃早飯那天早餐廳停電了，大家都開着手機電筒在吃早餐。早餐種類較少，可以適當豐富一下。

酒店位置很好，在新光天地旁邊，過個天橋走幾步就到新光天地，商場有巨多吃飯的地方，樓上有書店影院，地下一層是地鐵嘉州路站，可以坐地鐵去機場，打車到機場也就是20多分鐘。訂了個雙床套房，床很大，兩大兩小睡完全沒問題。沒訂含早餐的房，附近可吃的太多了。房間每天打掃得都還挺乾淨的，房間沒有朝着高架路所以還比較安靜。洗澡水很大很熱，房間的温度也比較適宜，整體來講還是滿意的。10樓有一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機可以自助洗衣服，不過都是家用那種，不是商用的，所以烘乾很慢，但好像除了我基本也沒什麼人每天去洗衣服。

酒店的房間更是令我驚艷。在我打開房門的那一刻，我被眼前的景象所驚呆。房間寬敞而光亮，簡潔的現代設計和舒適的傢俱搭配得恰到好處。特別值得一提的是，從窗户外望去，城市的美景盡收眼底。
第一天晚上，我在酒店的餐廳享用了晚餐。菜單的選擇多種多樣，無論是地方美食還是國際美食都應有盡有。我點了一道當地的特色菜，那道菜的味道、質感和呈現方式都讓我感到非常滿意。
當我離開酒店的那天，工作人員再次向我展示了他們的專業和熱情。他們幫我叫了一輛出租車，並且確保我所有的行李都已經準備好。
總的來説，我在這家酒店的體驗非常美好。無論是設施，食物，還是服務，都使我感到非常滿意。我非常期待再次入住這家酒店，並會向我的朋友和家人推薦這家酒店。

洗漱護膚用品一小包明明落在酒店了，早上退的房，酒店也未打電話，直到晚上才發現落東西了，回想起來一整天都沒動過包，包裏沒有那肯定是落在酒店的呀，立即打電話詢問，就簡短回覆我核實一下然後告訴我清潔工打掃衞生並沒有看見？那是憑空消失了？？？雖然衹是旅行裝值不了多少錢，但還是頭一次東西落在酒店告訴我找不着的？意思是我撒謊了？？三百多的酒店也不算便宜了吧，員工居然是這種素質？對待客人就是這種簡單粗暴的處理方式？還好不是貴重物品，如果是貴重物品落在酒店了那你説沒有就是沒有，消費者就衹能啞巴吃黃連了？

房間還算乾淨，緊臨市人大、市高院。服務很糟糕，幾乎沒有什麼服務。因房間裏需要一些東西，客房部內線電話沒有人接，前台電話也沒有人接。第一次遇到打電話沒人接的酒店，這個服務對不起這個價位。不推薦這個酒店。
