I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we booked one night as we had an early passport appointment fairly nearby. Service was great - warm and friendly. Room was nice, spacious and shower also very roomy and perfect. The toiletries were a good brand. Very clean. Breakfast was good - lots of choice. Hotel gave us an extra breakfast for my daughter even though I’d booked one with only two breakfasts so that was a nice surprise. My children were happy - they liked the sofa bed and were very pleased with their little bags with slippers, children’s toothbrush and toy. They also provided child friendly toiletries. A plate of fruit arrived after we had checked in. But the nicest thing was the atmosphere - one of very few I’ve stayed at during my nine years in China which got it right - for once I felt comfortable and not like I am somehow in the way of the staff and they are letting me do them a favour by staying (which is usually how I am left feeling even at big brand more expensive hotels). Indeed, quite the opposite we felt welcomed and and treated warmly. Yes there was a little noise from the road but it’s only the quiet swishy wooshy noise of cars passing, I didn’t hear any horns or anything like that at all. We even talked about staying another night because we liked the hotel so much. We’ll definitely stay again if we are in Chongqing and will be recommending it to our friends in China and Chengdu.

The room is large and clean, the environment is elegant, and the functions are complete. It is not far from the subway station. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. Xiao Kong at the front desk is very attentive and serious. Chongqing is delicious and fun. I will come again in the future~

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from Guanyinqiao Snack Street, one subway stop away, and a 10-minute walk from Line 3/6. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the third floor, with Chongqing-style wontons and noodles, coffee, soy milk, juice, and porridge. There is also a gym and laundry room. The hotel rooms are on the 4th to 7th floors, the space is not large, and the cabins are arranged inside. There is a wall outside the window, artificial light, and the air circulation is not very good. This is the only shortcoming

Service: Very good. They address guests with respect. Not every hotel does this. They answer all questions and help take the luggage to the gate when leaving (you have to go up more than ten steps from the gate to the front desk). Hygiene: It can be said to be very good. They help fold the pajamas on the bed, open the windows for ventilation, and replenish used toiletries every day, such as combs, toothbrushes and disposable slippers. Facilities: Not bad, not old, breakfast is OK, the noodles are delicious, and the pancakes are delicious when they are freshly baked. Remember to try them. Environment: Exit 4 of Metro Line 3/6. You will see a Liangjiang Holiday Hotel diagonally opposite. Go through the underground passage and walk about 200 meters to the hotel. Turn right out of the hotel gate and keep walking forward to Guanyin Bridge. It takes about ten minutes to walk. There are many food along the way, as well as a large shopping mall. Turn left out of the gate and walk to the bottom of the stairs. There are Luckin Coffee, Lawson Convenience Store and 7-11 Convenience Store. It costs about 30 yuan to take a Didi from the hotel to Chongqing West Station.

The hotel's breakfast is very delicious. It's great to taste different food every day! The hotel's cleaning work is very good, and the room is always clean and tidy. The hotel staff always smiles, making us feel relaxed and happy. Xiaoqin at the front desk provides good service. The location is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, and there are many delicious foods and attractions around. It is very suitable for travel and vacation. I have been to several cities so far, and except for Shanghai, I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn almost all the time. There is nothing wrong with choosing a newly built hotel. I chose the 2024 one. The whole hotel is clean and tidy, the whole house is smart, and the takeaway robot delivers very quickly. I am very satisfied with the service.

Xiao Zhu at the front desk provided very good service, and would specifically remind you that you need to record your license plate information when driving, and introduce the hotel breakfast time and location. The hotel takeaway can be delivered to the room by robot, which is very humane and trustworthy.

The hotel is very close to Guanyin Bridge, just a few minutes' walk away, with convenient parking and clean rooms. I stayed there again. I hope to maintain such a sanitary environment and will choose it again when traveling to Chongqing in the future.
