It's a little hard to get to and figure out where the apartment is the first time. Lots of levels and passages, although this is common for a city like Chongqing. The view is wow, just stunning. There is a washing machine and free detergent. The staff was okay, but not the most patient with all the questions at check-in. The room is very comfortable and clean, the air conditioner works great. It should be stated more clearly before booking that there is no gas (we were counting on it and there was none). The location is very convenient and central. Despite what we mentioned, highly recommended

Very well located apartment and the apartment was clean and spacious enough for 2 persons. There was hot water available at the shower throughout our 7 nights stay. 18 Ladder (18 ti) is just 200 m away and can be seen from the window clearly on the 38th floor. Beautiful view of the Yangtze. Highly recommended.

Excellent location nearby main attractions and metro station! The apartment was very spacious and stocked with everything we needed and more. But the best part was the lovely hotel manager who made sure we always had what we needed and was very responsive on WeChat to all our queries. Highly recommend!

Very smelly bathroom and kitchen. Lots of things broken - doors, washing machine, etc. Host was also late to prepare my room for advertised check in time. However, good view and fantastic location.

Upon checking in, I realized that the room I was given was not the one that I booked on the internet.
I made the host aware but she told me she manages a lot of properties and the one that I was given was actually an upgrade from the one that I had booked.
I insisted on having a look at another property (because mine was unavailable) and she kindly complied. I ended up keeping the one she showed me initially but it didn't look as modern as the one I had booked.
On the plus side, there was a video projector and a good view from the bedroom. The location is quite amazing, at the top of Shibati old quarter.
There was also a washing machine on the balcony. Even so there is a kitchen, there is no cooking equipment provided due to some local regulation. There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom.
Finally, It was a major struggle to find the lobby of the building where I was met by the host.

Great location, close to metro line 2 jiaochangkou station. Plenty shops & restaurants nearby. Spacious & clean room. Required to call the room owner to pick-up & suggest for stay.

Great spot and lovely owners that are very friendly and helpful
We were lucky enough to get upgraded as well
However the lifts to get to your apartment have no system as it will skip you even on the ground floor so you have to wait up to 5 mins just to get in the lift
