Radisson Chongqing South Hot Spring

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, meeting Radisson Blu's star standards. Aside from the lack of a swimming pool and daytime buffet restaurant, the basic accommodations meet five-star standards. Some room layout issues, such as the direction the door opens, are somewhat illogical, but fortunately, the spacious rooms don't significantly impact the experience. The surrounding area is home to numerous small attractions, making it suitable for hiking. Cleanliness: The hotel was generally satisfactory, especially the bathroom, which appeared clean and tidy. However, there was a long hair on the bed upon arrival, which I hope will be improved. Service: The hotel service was excellent. Xiao Yang, the front desk manager who checked us in, was very welcoming and detailed, offering recommendations for dishes, nearby attractions, and activities. The afternoon tea and breakfast servers were also very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hot spring water recently, making it unusable. I hadn't noticed this in advance, and Ctrip didn't clearly indicate it, so I just treated it like a hot bath.

I have been here several times and each time I had a great experience. The front desk service was very considerate and the private hot spring was very convenient and comfortable. Because it is in the suburbs, the air is also very good and the environment is beautiful and pleasant. There are both Chinese and Western breakfasts, but there are not many choices. If you are not picky, you can eat outside.
