clean and tidy apartment. service was bad. nobody at reception at arrival so we had to stand around waiting. breakfast was very poor. 2 eggs and some tasteless porridge.

這次入住出乎意料，感覺像是撿漏了一樣，真超值太划算了：首先朋友幾個過來辦事，選擇了這家酒店，當時看評價和環境還可以，就預訂了，到地方後，超乎我的期待，酒店就在棕櫚泉核心區域，門口有很明顯的招牌，很好找，其次剛走到這裡外觀非常得高端大氣，服務也很好，到前台由於我們人多，專門給我們送了熱茶，在大廳坐等辦入住的時候看着窗外的風景感覺非常得愜意，房間很寬敞，設施也很全，冰箱洗衣機都有升級了兩個房間還可以透過窗户欣賞湖景，簡直很哇塞，衞生也很乾凈，環境非常好，總體説這次感覺真的超值了，就評價這些吧，超讚！

酒店在一棟寫字樓裏，有很多公司，房間環境還不錯，但是房間隔音效果不太好，睡覺時隔壁房間插拔插頭的聲音都能聽到，住的房間靠近電梯口，旁邊是一家公司，早晚有人上下班，房間外的人講話都能聽到，每天早上都會被吵醒。
房間中央空調的噪音很大，睡覺時衹能關掉，睡眠淺的人得慎重選擇。
原以為酒店是單獨幾層，沒想到和公司同一層，安全私隱上感覺不是很好。另外，房間洗衣機不能用，打電話問前台有木有公用微波爐？前台説我入住的房間沒有微波爐（我當然知道房間裏沒有！），衹有套房才有，酒店不提供公用微波爐，不是很有耐心，沒有星級酒店講話的語氣，後面跟前台講好久借用了一次員工微波爐。
和家人一共訂了兩間住了四天三晚，券後每間237元，價格都還可以。另一間也是靠近電梯口，家人説走廊裏開關門聲音都能聽到。
停車場是收費的，我們2月1號晚上九點多入住，4號中午10點多離開，停車費69元，價格還行，但每進出一次重新計時計費，重慶路況複雜，我們都是打車，車一直停在酒店。

酒店公寓很安靜，房間景色也不錯衹是趕上天氣不太給力。我手機充電器忘在房間，酒店工作人員主動打電話過來還幫忙發了快遞，非常貼心

來重慶通過網上選擇了這家店，打開房門讓我有點驚喜若狂，乾淨，整潔，舒適，而且視野開闊，還能看見公園湖，房間🈶冰箱，洗衣機，熨斗，電池爐還有晾衣架，樓下還有休閑區，商場，餐廳，茶館非常方便，最主要是酒店的工作員也非常熱情，出行也方便，酒店樓下🈶公交站。總之這次出行住的酒店讓我感到👍

酒店式公寓，附近配套齊全，樓宇外立面高大上，衹可惜房間大失所望，房間其實不小，空曠沒有設計感。沐浴用品低廉。最關鍵所謂升級了房間挨着一個工作室，晚上吵，早晨吵，可算停止了，隔壁説話都聽的非常清楚。難熬的一夜，完全失眠！

升級後入住號稱60平米的的陽光景緻大床房，但目測怎麼也不會超過30平米啊，難道樓面公攤也是我的，呵呵，這個智商税感覺交大了，由於是公寓式酒店，佈局也感覺要比維也納這類30平米左右的商務酒店侷促很多。
