We had a great experience at the Humble hotel. The staff was very friendly and our communication through WeChat was very fast. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore the Jiefangbei area. It is surrounded by a lot of streetfood markets and all the major sightseeing locations are in walking distance.
The room we booked was spacious and had a nice view. The bed was very comfortable. I would book here again on my next trip.

great hotel with friendly and helpful staffs, I asked the staffs numerous times, about a place to buy clothes, tracking my order from Taobao, and also additional amenities because we were 3 adult for a room which supposed to be for 2. They gave us freely without any concerns.
Will be back here again when I have the chance to visit ChongQing again 😆

The hotel is exceptional, situated in a prime city centre location adjacent to numerous restaurants and notable attractions. The staff are highly professional and consistently available to assist. Our room offered a stunning panoramic view of the cityscape. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Great location with a nice view at Level 45! Right smack in the middle of Jiefangbei and able to walk to Hongyadong, Raffles City etc. Train station is a bit far (more than 10 mins walk) so I preferred to Didi most of the time. The service was amazing and they offered free laundry service.

Location of the hotel is great as it’s close to most the main city areas you’d want to cover if you are in Chongqing for the first time. Building was more modern, shared with other hotels/apartments. We chose the 270 degrees room with a great view of the city however, right outside our window on the non-accessible area was a bit dirty most likely due to weather over time. During our time there were renovations being done which had some noise throughout the day and the gym wasn’t accessible however, we were advised their gym setup was incredibly minimal. The service was outstanding, they were very understanding and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend this hotel just on location alone. Would stay again!

Hotel is conveniently located in Jiefangbei, close to most tourist attractions. Free drinks and snacks at reception area. Room has nice views, we were able to watch ballons ascending on New Years Eve. Bed was super comfortable and sheets were soft. Our 管家小赵 was very attentive and responds to requests within a minute or two. They also provide free laundry service, which is an amazing deal! I asked to have my laundry delivered to my room as I was entering the elevator and it was already there when I arrived. Truly amazed with their hospitality.
