房間挺差的，又舊又破，與常規錦江連鎖房間差異太大，衞生也很差，房間裏面還有死蟲子。

設施：所有的硬件都太陳舊了，充滿了歲月感。起碼把面巾這些換一下，都漿洗的又薄又硬，邊上還脱線了，一看就是過日子人家。
衞生：還行，畢竟老酒店了，多的也看不出來。
環境：獨棟樓，不吵。有自己的小停車場，旁邊還有個小水管，走的時候自己擦了下車，方便。離九街很近，觀音橋好吃街一個多公里。自駕遊作為一個折衷的選擇不錯，主要能停車，房價200多性價比高。
服務：前台很熱心。

我們住在二樓，晚上很吵，隔音效果不好，空調外機一直再響，聲音特別大。被子上有一股煙味，廁所的浴室門，及一些其他設施，年數有點久，晚上凌晨一兩點樓道依然有人在吵鬧。
