All good and comfortable stay.

The hotel provides great service, always helpful staff. The location was great, it was close to a Subway and also quite close to city centre (which was fantastic because the city centre was so super busy). The room was clean and comfortable. There is also a covid testing station situated beside the hotel which was really convenient. We enjoyed our stay!

I have stayed at DoubleTree in The USA and in China quite a few times. My experience here was on par with the rest of the properties: above average. The room was spacious and clean. The room had an expat guide which was helpful. The breakfast was lovely; it had plenty of western options. The line cook was super flexible and made and omelet for me! The restaurant staff was attentive and pleasant. My only recommendation is regarding the notorious cookie. The recipe here in China is a bit skewed. They taste good enough but not consistent with the iconic gooey, fresh taste the brand touts.

Great! Originally we had a really bad hotel in another location so we decided to book here. It's pretty good. Excellent service and friendly staff, happy to help whenever they can. Great bathroom and comfortable pillows. Make sure to ask for their pillow menu, some of their other pillows are amazing. Their staff speak okay English but only basic words. Their pool also lacks poolside seats but other than that excellent. Definitely check it out. Nearest metro is Gongmao. Gym is also "24 hours", just make sure to ask them to turn the lights on.

Pool closed. Gym closed. Especially booked for both these amenities. No option to replace with other Hilton or upgrade in exchange. The rest was usual Doubletree.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the light rail station. There are shopping malls and restaurants around it, making shopping and daily life very convenient. The hotel facilities are also good.

The service was very considerate and arranged a late check-out! Snacks were prepared and a dedicated waiter helped with the luggage! Manager Xiaolin contacted the check-in time in advance! Good experience!

I took my parents and kids out to play, and I chose this hotel on the spur of the moment. I was very satisfied. I had planned to stay for one night and then change it if it didn't work out. After staying for one night, I decided to stay longer. The hotel is very soundproof and quiet, and the sanitation is also very clean. The facilities are relatively new. The hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic, and they also gave us their homemade baked cookies. It is only more than 200 meters away from the Gongmao subway station, which is convenient to go everywhere. There are two Lawson stores downstairs, which is also very convenient for shopping. The location is also very suitable. I strongly recommend it. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chongqing.
