Hotel is clean and comfortable,
I have got a free upgrade to 17th floor city view, more than that, the hotel give me a free extension to 4 PM as late check-out, just enough to get gym, swimming, showering…
Overall, it is reaching my expectation and satisfaction.
Staffs are enthusiastic and always ready to help me, Mercy (the receptionist) is nice and polite.

Very good location. Convenient to travel to anywhere in Chongqing and nearby got public transportation like bus stop and train station. Quite easy to travel with didi (grab). Hotel staffs are polite and helpful.

My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton was exceptional. The hotel staff were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Rain, who was extremely patient in helping us retrieve our online orders and attend to our various requests. Another commendable staff member (didn’t manage to get his name)—a tall young man wearing spectacles—went the extra mile by coming up to our room to help us locate the order number so the team could find our parcels.
Overall, all the staff at this hotel were very helpful and kind. Recommend to stay!

Better to avoid. The air conditioning system does not work. There is no circulation of air. The rooms are too hot to sleep. The staff have a fan but that is of no use. It looks like Hilton is saving money by switching of the HVAC system. Staff are helpless, so are guests. Apart from this all is well..good location, helpful concierge (especially Mr Rain) and clean. But what is the point if you can not sleep and get an infection due to stale air in the windowless room

I had a pleasant experience staying at Doubletree by Hilton Chongqing Nan’an. The rooms were clean and spacious; breakfast spread was delicious and plenty; staff were also friendly. Special shoutout to the staff Rain and his colleagues for all their friendliness and hospitality in making sure my stay here is comfortable. I would love to be back here in this hotel in the near future! Keep up the good work everyone!

Not bad for the price with breakfast but the room’s floor was dirty with paper and crumbs from previous guests. The temperature was also very hot in the room even with window open.

This was a good stay. From my experience with DoubleTree by Hilton, their standards are top tier. Cleanliness levels are superior, staffs there were extremely friendly and helpful. I am extremely picky when it comes to hotels, this hotel fulfils all criteria for an excellent 4 star hotel even 5 star hotel. Location wise, it's roughly 20min away from major tourism spots and public transportations are available right outside the hotel. There are also many shops/stores/restaurants/connivence stores/pharmacies right beside the hotel.
