The service in this hotel is very good. Surprisingly, it includes all meals, and both lunch and dinner are delicious. The taste is very good. I like it very much and will book this hotel next time.

由於經常出差，我每年至少要住300天酒店，從來不會主動去給任何酒店點差評的，但這次我必須要説，這次在[7天優品]的入住體驗極其糟糕。
首先，房間的衞生狀況讓人無法忍受。一進入房間就看到地板上有明顯的污漬，床鋪上也有頭髮，感覺根本沒有認真打掃過。衞生間的情況更是糟糕，馬桶有污垢，洗手枱也不乾淨，這嚴重影響了我的心情和入住感受。
其次，酒店的服務也非常不到位。辦理入住手續時，工作人員態度冷淡，沒有任何熱情和微笑，給人一種很不友好的感覺。在入住期間，我向前台諮詢一些問題，得到的回答也是敷衍了事，完全沒有體現出服務的專業性和積極性。
再者，酒店的設施也很陳舊。房間內的傢俱看起來已經使用了很長時間，有不少磨損的地方。電器設備也不太好用，電視信號不穩定，空調的噪音還特別大，嚴重影響了我的休息。
還有就是酒店房間燒水壺是壞的，聯繫前台等了好久給我拿了一個又臟又舊的燒水壺上來，舊的都無所謂，主要是太臟了，佈滿黃色水垢，這種水壺誰敢用呢？第二天由於同事行李放房間沒拿不得已而續房，上午還特意打電話交代了要換床單被罩，晚上到酒店發現床單被罩都沒換，臟得不行，找前台也等了好久才安排人上來更換，前台回覆的態度也非常差勁，根本沒有那種誠懇和熱情解決問題的態度，讓人非常失望。我之前住的任何酒店，哪怕是私人開的民宿也比他們態度更好！
最後，酒店的周邊環境也比較嘈雜。晚上能聽到各種噪音，讓人無法安心入睡。
總之，這次的酒店體驗讓我非常失望，我絕對不會推薦這家酒店給任何人，也希望酒店能夠重視這些問題，儘快做出改進。
