The hotel seems to be abandoned. When we arrived, they gave us a different room than the one we had booked, but after complaining, they gave us the right room. We had no Wi-Fi available in our room, they simply did not pay the internet bill and told us to use the one in the other room. But the worst thing is the lack of privacy. We said that we did not need the room cleaned and the woman simply came into our room every day, that was terrible. The only good thing is the free bottle of water and the free laundry.

Very nice hotel, safe, affordable, clean, room service, the window was a bit weird.. but it has so much potential only if they put some time into:
1- Improving the front desk service.
(Arrived late evening after a long trip, and the front desk had difficulty in checking me in as a foreigner, took about 45 min to sort things out and get into the room )
2- the facilities needs improvement and public areas need improvement ( so much potential if they did)

The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is close to the office and about ten minutes to the train station. There is free mineral water in the room. The service is very good and the room is not noisy.
