房間裏散發著某種發黴的腐臭味，説因為滿房無法更換，來噴了些空氣清新劑也沒用，旅途勞頓後到了酒店還要忍受着明顯的異味入睡。酒店關了所有空調的製冷功能，加上厚厚的被子，導致晚上房間温度很高。窗開的縫隙也不能透進來多少涼風，且外面臨街噪音很大，再好的枕頭也拯救不了睡眠質量。關製冷省出來到電費真的抵消不了客人信任的損失。其他方面也同樣明顯在亞朵的標準之下：鏡子沒有擦乾淨，浴室地上和茶几上有難看的污漬。設備老舊：沒有自動窗簾和馬桶，空調自動模式會頻繁切換風速製造噪音。重慶酒店有很多選擇，看着亞朵的牌子和較少的差評來定的。也許是因為地段壓縮了運營維護酒店的成本吧，雖然服務態度沒啥問題，但關鍵硬件令人大失所望：（

這次帶兩個孩子來重慶過秋假，被南濱路亞朵的服務暖到了。特別是前台貳彤妹妹，她讓我真正的感受到賓至如歸的感覺。到門口找不到路，她馬上出來指導我停車，耐心的詢問孩子們要求，一路幫我拿東西。辦理入住時，她看我一個人帶孩子，免費幫我升級了套房，這個意外的安排讓孩子開心了好久。房間佈局合理，無敵江景，晚安牛奶也及時送達。各種恰到好處的關心，讓獨自帶娃旅行的我特別安心。

來重慶參加半程馬拉松定的酒店，位置很好，就在起重點，可以説是下樓就到。周邊吃喝玩樂都有，江邊遛遛彎也很舒服。房間面積不大，分區合理，乾淨衞生，對跑馬選手贈送了能量包，還送了早餐。總體好評！
