Nice location with night market outside and close to Likely Wharf. The room was spacious and clean. Service was very good, staff was nice and gave us a free upgrade!

The room that we booked was very comfortable and had an amazing view. The staff contacted me one day in advance and offered great assistance and support on pre-arrival and during the stay as well. Both guys that we encountered as well as the lady were very helpful and even there was language barrier they always found a way to understand and assist us. For sure when returning to Chongqing will defiantly stay at the same place. Housekeeping service was great as well. Last but not least, the staff went above and beyond their call of duty and provided us with coffee even coffee is not in the room amenity (they have good tea) and offered a nice plate of fruits with a personal massage. Keep up the good work, thank you for having us 🌹

The check-in experience was very good, and the lady was very nice to upgrade me to a suite. The room was very good, very large and clean, so beautiful, 3 large floor-to-ceiling windows with a 270-degree river view at night, the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in, the location was so good that it was inevitable that there would be the sound of cars coming and going, but as long as you were not particularly sensitive, there was no problem living there, it was great! !
