這次住的酒店，服務真的很貼心。辦理入住很快，工作人員還主動幫忙升級房型，很驚喜。房間打掃得乾淨，設施也都完好，住得舒服。酒店周邊吃飯、逛街都方便，下次來這邊還選這家。

1，老闆及員工作為重慶本地人，應該清楚酒店離洪崖洞還有70公里，而留在官網的地址，有一句話“距始於洪崖洞直線900米”很是誘導遊客，晚上十點左右入住的時候直接蒙了（從成都過去的，相當於來回多跑一百多公里），按照行程安排洪崖洞的夜景直接沒看，第二天白天走了。距始於洪崖洞這個點我晚上走過去看了看，就是酒店附近一個小小燒烤點附近。2，當晚跟攜程平台溝通了一下，平台也很負責，第一時間聯繫了酒店，補償了自己交通費，表示會核實問題。3，早上臨走的時候，停在酒店正門口的車（引擎蓋），被劃好多道，無語!

…希望酒店還是注意下衞生吧…和朋友一起我們定了兩個房間，兩個房間都有蟑螂，你説一個房間有就意外吧…但是兩個房間並沒有挨在一起，結果兩個房間都有蟑螂，我朋友那個房間甚至打開門全是蟑螂崽亂跑…真的…要不是為了考試沒得辦法，就住兩晚上，真的受不了…隔音也不咋樣…隔壁説話，有人路過走廊都能聽得一清二楚…也不是什麼便宜房間吧，一晚上也要150左右…反正好好反思一下吧…
