Walking distance to Xi Street, complete facilities, clean and sanitary, the buffet breakfast is so rich. The bed was big and very comfortable to sleep on.

Last time I stayed, I had to temporarily change rooms because of the air conditioning. However, the faucet on the sink in the new room only came out with hot water. It was so hot in Chongqing that I didn’t go to bed until after one o’clock in the evening. The customer service staff made a special call the next day to let me know. Give praise, and give praise with an encouraging attitude. However, this time I went back to stay and had a very bad experience. The service was very poor, especially the front desk staff who had no smiles and were negative throughout the whole process. The hotel did not match its four-star rating and price!
