房間設施相對較舊，晚上酒店還打電話過來索取好評。好，本來都懶得評價，既然如此，那我就好好評價下：首先我早上在酒店外邊運動完回來準備吃早餐，在前台拿着房卡問服務員早餐廳在哪？服務員第一句話竟然是反問我是不是住這裏。到了早餐廳刷房卡用餐，服務員又問了句是住***房間的嗎？我有點無語，我都出示房卡了，還問這麼一堆問題，心情瞬間不好，難道你們酒店就這麼高檔，我就不像能住得起的人嗎？再説了，早餐也沒什麼吃的東西，很簡單。説實話，就這酒店設施和配置，跟房價一點不匹配。根本不值這個價

1.裏面的衞生還是沒打掃乾淨啊。
2.枕頭感覺都沒換過。
3.早飯那飯有點鹹了，玉米有點老了一點都不飽滿。4.酒店裡的健身房和泳池我去都時候已經鎖着了。
5.感謝那個阿姨幫我清理了在床頭的蜘蛛。
6 .感謝前台的小哥哥幫我去買平板電腦。

酒店位置還行吧，前台小姐姐辦理入住也挺快的，進房間的時候就感覺好像沒暖氣，我想再等等會暖和，結果到了晚上實在是冷得不行，打了電話告知説工程部的人來看看，來是來了也是隨意的按了幾下説可以了，結果是什麼都解決，時間晚也沒再打擾前台，冷冷的睡了一晚上感冒了，1213房間再也不想住了，沒體驗到星級酒店帶來的舒適感，希望能改進

我選房的時候猶豫了很久 因為評分不是很高，來了之後發現完全可以4.8以上！現在ctrip打分越來越不準確了..
本來怕偏 來了之後發現到各個景點打車也就十幾塊 很方便
優點：
1. 酒店環境很好 面積大幾乎在樓層看不到人
2. 我定的這個房型帶個小花園 挺開闊的
3. 房間設計合理 進門衣帽間 然後衞生間 方便進門換衣服 再來個換鞋凳就更完美了
4. 有體重秤
5. 衞生間很大 燈自動感應 有浴缸下次可以帶上一次性浴缸墊 洗澡水很足頂噴我自己清理了一下水垢 洗着就很舒服了
6. 坐便器是toto的 自動感應很好用
7. 多面鏡子方便看自己長胖了沒😂
8. 床品還行挺乾淨的
9.機器人送餐很方便
10. 周邊的琥珀麪館一定要試試 好吃😋我們的早飯都在這裏吃的 雜醬麪很很很好吃！
11. 游泳池本來想去試試 這幾天都太累就沒去… 健身房去過了 挺好的都沒啥人
可改進：
1. 兩大一小入住 希望可以自行留三套牙刷… 我們住了四天 打掃衞生的依然沒注意到… 也懶得要了
2. 我們把床併到一起 這樣有娃方便睡… 晚上回去又給我分開了😂 就是感覺清理的人可以再人性化一些 其他的都還挺好的 有人評價提到的設施 我覺得時間久了是會有損耗 可以接受 乾淨整潔就挺好

環境：重慶市中心的花園酒店，真的每間房都有私人花園，很好很稀缺。
服務：服務員微笑，業務熟。
衞生：五星水準
設施：一應俱全啦。茶包是品牌的，喝了兩個不錯。就是整體比較悶熱，空調有異味，衹能開窗睡啦。吹風筒非常小，吹不幹，下次自帶家裡的戴森。
